- **Personalized Learning**: Create and execute customized lesson plans designed to meet the unique needs of each student, ensuring they fully understand challenging concepts and excel in their studies.

- **Progress Monitoring**: Continuously assess and monitor student performance, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods to ensure steady academic improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages.
- **Availability**: For offline tutoring, must be willing to travel to various Bengaluru localities, including:

- Whitefield, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Jayanagar, Basavanagudi, Malleswaram, Rajajinagar, Banashankari, BTM Layout, HSR Layout, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Yelahanka, Hebbal, Sarjapur, Electronic City, and surrounding areas.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with online teaching platforms and tools for remote sessions.
- Familiarity with multiple educational board syllabi.
- Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment, whether online or in-person.
