**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Maths Tutoring**: Deliver personalized, one-on-one tutoring sessions in both online and offline formats, covering all key Maths topics from basic arithmetic to advanced calculus.
- **Personalized Learning**: Develop and execute customized lesson plans tailored to each student’s needs, helping them understand complex concepts and improve their performance.
- **Exam Preparation**: Assist students in preparing for their board exams with effective study strategies, practice exercises, and exam techniques.
- **Progress Monitoring**: Regularly assess student performance, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to ensure continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in tutoring or teaching Maths for Grades 1-12 across various boards.
- **Technical Requirements**: For online classes, you must have a laptop, pentablet, and a reliable Wi-Fi connection.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
- **Location**: Must be available to tutor in various Bengaluru localities, including:

- Whitefield, Koramangala, Indiranagar, Jayanagar, Basavanagudi, Malleswaram, Rajajinagar, Banashankari, BTM Layout, HSR Layout, Marathahalli, Bellandur, Yelahanka, Hebbal, Sarjapur, Electronic City, and nearby areas.

- Experience with both online and offline tutoring.
- Familiarity with multiple educational board syllabi.
- Ability to create an engaging and supportive learning environment, whether online or in-person.
