**Role: Unix Scripting /Devops Production Support**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Experience Range: 4 - 6 Years**

**Shifts: Should be flexible with rotational and night shifts**

**Job description**:
1) Strong Production support hands on knowledge Good in scripting e.g Shell Scripting, Unix, DevOps.
- 2) The primary responsibility of support person is to ensure that production reliability through availability monitoring change management incident management.
- 3) Capacity planning with active contribution in development effort on Automation Work closely with SDLC Engineering and SRE teams.
- 4) Working knowledge of CI CD pipeline toolsets is added advantage e g Jira Jenkins Gitlab Ansible
- 5) Identify and contribute in area of improvements automation to improve KPIs.
- 6) Review the progress periodically with stakeholders Key Skills.
- 7) Primary Skills

Secondary Skills
- 2) Excellent written verbal communication Team player working in a global development team.
