We are looking for

A **Telesales Representative** is responsible for selling products or services over the phone, following up on leads, managing customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Outbound Sales Calls**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients or customers to sell products or services.
- Generate leads by identifying new business opportunities and qualifying prospects.
- Conduct cold calling and follow-up calls to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Address customer inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Upsell or cross-sell additional products or services based on customer needs.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas and performance metrics.
- Record and track all sales activities, client communications, and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.

Education and Experience:

- **Educational Requirements**: A high school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for some industries).
- **Experience**: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is highly preferred.
- **Sales Experience**: Prior experience in a sales environment, especially B2B or B2C telesales, is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹402,245.04 per year
