**Experience**:3-5 years (Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Data Science).**

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a Data Science Lead who can design, develop, and deploy scalable analytical and heuristic
solutions for business challenges. The role requires strong hands-on technical expertise, strategic
solutioning, and the ability to engage with both internal and client stakeholders. This position combines
leadership, individual contribution, and client-facing responsibilities.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the design and development of data science solutions, including predictive, optimization, and

heuristic frameworks.
- Build, validate, and deploy machine learning models at scale across varied business use cases.
- Develop and implement ML pipelines with MLOps best practices.
- Work on complex problem statements including knowledge clustering, optimizers, and time series

forecasting.
- Collaborate with internal teams and present solution approaches, intellectual frameworks, and designs to

client teams.
- Work hands-on with Python for data preparation, modeling, and automation.
- Ensure deployment and integration of models across different cloud platforms.
- Mentor and guide interns and junior data scientists, fostering analytical thinking and solution ownership.
- Balance responsibilities as an individual contributor and a team lead, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Communicate and explain analytical approaches and frameworks effectively to both internal leadership

and external clients.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong Python skills and hands-on experience in building ML models at scale.
- Experience with ML, MLOps, and deploying models across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge in clustering, optimizers, time series forecasting, and heuristic frameworks.
- Ability to design solutions, develop analytical frameworks, and work on complex problem statements independently.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain approach and frameworks to clients and internal leadership.
- Leadership capabilities - able to mentor and manage junior team members, while also being an individual contributor.
