**Job Title**: Tele Sales Executive
**Location**: Surat

**Languages Required**: Hindi, English, Gujarati

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Pitch products or services clearly and effectively.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, feedback, and sales.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage.
- **Fluency in Hindi, English, and Gujarati is mandatory.**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM software, etc.).
- Positive attitude and persuasive skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and continue with enthusiasm.

**Education**:

- Minimum HSC (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.

**Salary**:
As per industry standards + Incentives

**Working Hours**:
working hours, e.g., 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
