**Treasury**:
**We Elevate... Your Responsibilities**:

- **Forex Management and hedging**
- Analysis of Fx open exposure and conclude Fx cover to be taken
- Analysis of natural hedge
- Review of MTT transaction
- Co-ordinate with banks for Fx rate projections
- Any FEMA, RBI, banking related queries faced by the Import or export team.
- Negotiate with bank for FX rates, premium pricing and premium utilisation on payment
- **Cashflow analysis and bill discounting**
- Preparation of projected cashflow (along with Business scenario)
- Analysis of deviation from projected cashflow
- Monitoring vendor bill discounting to make necessary payment on time to bank
- **Banking Relationship**
- Handling relationship with Banks
- Providing annual review documents like Due Diligence Report, List of Directors, Annual accounts, Contingent Liability etc
- Annual updating of LEI
- Understanding baking requirement of orgaisation and accordingly taking it up with banks
- **LC and BG management**
- LC and BG management
- Managing limits with bank and obtain the additional limits on requirement
- **Stakeholder management**
- Resolving queries of group on FX exposure MIS
- Updation to group treasury with respect to any important update
- Align with management team on cashflow projection and provide with necessary update
- Align with other stakeholder like AP team, treasury for payment execution.

- CA or MBA in Finance with 2-5 years of experience in finance
- Sound knowledge of banking products and service
- Strong skill in Microsoft excel and PPT
- Knowledge of SAP would be added advantage
