**Position Overview**:
As a Pre-Primary Montessori Teacher at Jain Futuristic, you will guide children aged 3-6 years in a prepared Montessori environment. Your role will involve facilitating learning through Montessori materials, observing and supporting the individual needs of each child, and fostering a nurturing, respectful, and safe learning environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement Montessori curriculum in alignment with school standards.
- Create a supportive and prepared Montessori environment where children can develop independence, self-confidence, and a love of learning.
- Observe and document children’s progress and behavior, adjusting the learning approach as needed to meet individual needs.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about children’s progress, behaviors, and development.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the educational environment.
- Participate in professional development and training opportunities to ensure adherence to the latest Montessori methods and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and order within the classroom, ensuring all materials are in good condition and accessible to children.

**Qualifications**:

- Montessori Diploma/Certification for Pre-Primary level from a recognized institution
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience working in a Montessori environment (preferred).
- Strong understanding of Montessori philosophy and pedagogy.
- Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and educational environment for young children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage children and parents.
- Willingness to participate in further Montessori training and professional development.
