**Responsibilities**:
**For Pre-Primary Teacher**:

- Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing learning environment for children.
- Develop age-appropriate lesson plans focusing on early literacy, numeracy, motor skills, and social skills.
- Incorporate play-way, activity-based, and creative teaching methods.
- Conduct storytelling, rhymes, art & craft, and interactive activities.
- Maintain records of student progress and share feedback with parents.
- Ensure overall emotional, physical, and intellectual development of children.

**For Primary Teachers**:

- Use innovative teaching aids, digital tools, and activity-based learning methods.
- Foster discipline, curiosity, and confidence in students.
- Conduct assessments, evaluate performance, and prepare progress reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in school events, and support co-curricular activities.
- Communicate effectively with parents about student growth and challenges.
