**Warehouse Supervisor**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate and timely receipt of incoming shipments, verifying quantities and quality of goods received.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet operational needs, conducting regular stock checks and reconciliations.
- Oversee the picking, packing, and loading of goods for dispatch, ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and storage systems to maximize space utilization and efficiency.
- Maintain records of inventory transactions, including receipts, shipments, and returns.
- Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address any issues or concerns related to warehouse operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one year of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor.
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work in a pressure-able environment and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of inward and dispatch processes.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification (preferred but not required).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
