**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Menu Preparation**: Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Bengali dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts, ensuring consistency and high quality.
- **Recipe Development**: Assist in developing and refining recipes, experimenting with new ingredients and techniques to enhance the menu offerings.
- **Ingredient Management**: Source and manage ingredients, ensuring they are fresh and of high quality. Maintain proper inventory levels and minimize waste.
- **Kitchen Operations**: Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. Ensure adherence to hygiene and safety standards.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure that all dishes meet the restaurant’s quality standards and respond to any special requests or dietary requirements from guests.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-7 years of experience as a Bengali Chef in a professional kitchen.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in preparing traditional Bengali dishes, strong knowledge of Bengali cuisine, and excellent culinary skills.
- **Education**: Culinary diploma or relevant training is preferred but not mandatory.
- **Personal Traits**: Creative, passionate about Bengali food, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
