Key Responsibilities:
- **Calendar Management**: Managing the Director's electronic calendar, scheduling appointments, and prioritizing meetings.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organizing and coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging logistics.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Managing the Director's travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- **Communication Liaison**: Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing communication flow, and ensuring timely responses.
- **Project Support**: Assisting with special projects, conducting research, and preparing reports and presentations.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintaining strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and acting with discretion.
- **Office Management**: Ensuring the smooth operation of the office, managing supplies, and handling administrative tasks.
- **Document Management**: Maintaining and organizing records, files, and documents.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with various stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is typically required.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently and proactively.
- **Discretion and Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- **Professionalism**: Maintaining a professional demeanor and strong work ethic.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
