2. He/ she must be handy in maintaining google sheets and computer skills.

3.Should be comfortable in sending mails, bulk msgs.

4. Good in making maximum calls and follow ups

5. Maintaining the reports.

6. Should be a good listener.

7 Should be able to convince students.

KPI's

**Information Sessions and Presentations**: Conducting information sessions, campus tours, and presentations for groups of prospective students and parents to showcase the institution's offerings and advantages.

**Follow-up and Outreach**: After initial contact with prospective students, you'll need to maintain communication, follow up on their progress, and address any additional questions or concerns they may have

**Collaborate with Other Departments**:
**Meet Enrollment Targets**: As a counselor, you'll likely have enrollment targets to meet, and you'll be responsible for actively recruiting and converting prospective students into enrolled students.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of all prospective students and their interactions in a centralized database.

**Follow-up and Outreach**:
Well verse with Google Sheets and Maintaing excel sheets, Mailing

What you need to have:
Effective oral and written communication skills

Professional people who believe in end to end resolution of all the queries can apply

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and rapport with students from diverse backgrounds.

Active listening skills and empathy to understand students' concerns and provide effective guidance.

Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and school staff effectively.

Knowledge of counseling techniques,

Familiarity with educational and career resources and the ability to provide accurate information to students.

Ethical conduct and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Crisis management skills to handle emergencies and urgent situations calmly and responsibly.

Job Location Janakpuri Delhi, Timing:10AM-7PM

WORK FROM OFFICE JOB

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
