**Responsibilities**:
**1. Site Execution & Supervision**
- Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities related to civil and interior works.
- Ensure timely execution of works as per GFC drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
- Monitor activities such as partition works, ceiling, flooring, carpentry, painting, and basic MEP installations.

**2. Vendor & Labour Management**
- Supervise subcontractors, labor, and vendors on site to ensure task execution and discipline.
- Ensure proper resource allocation, material handling, and workflow sequencing.
- Verify work done on-site against BOQs and daily progress reports (DPRs).

**3. Quality Control & Safety**
- Conduct quality checks at every stage to ensure adherence to approved materials and workmanship standards.
- Maintain site safety norms and ensure use of PPEs and safety protocols by all workers.
- Coordinate with the QA/QC team for inspections and approvals.

**4. Coordination & Reporting**
- Liaise with project managers, design teams, and consultants to resolve on-site queries or conflicts.
- Report site progress, delays, and material requirements on a daily/weekly basis.
- Maintain documentation such as site logs, labor reports, checklists, and inspection records.

**5. Material & Resource Management**
- Check delivery of materials on site, ensure proper storage, and prevent wastage.
- Track consumption of civil and interior items and coordinate timely reordering.
- Assist in material reconciliation and inventory updates.
