**Job Title**: Voice Process Executive

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or requests through inbound and outbound calls in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Customer Support**: Provide clear, accurate, and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- **Issue Resolution**: Address customer concerns or issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Sales Support**: If applicable, promote or cross-sell products and services to customers based on their needs.
- **Call Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, including calls, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- **Service Quality**: Ensure calls meet quality standards and follow the company's customer service policies and procedures.
- **Escalation Handling**: Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or senior management for resolution.
- **Customer Retention**: Build rapport with customers to foster long-term relationships and improve retention.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and managers to meet departmental goals and improve service processes.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Previous experience in a voice process, customer service, or call center role is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills in [Insert language, e.g., English] (both verbal and written).
- Good listening skills and the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Proficient in using computer systems, CRM software, and call-handling tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).

**Preferred Skills & Competencies**:

- Experience in sales, technical support, or telemarketing roles.
- Knowledge of call center operations or customer service processes.
- Ability to handle difficult or irate customers calmly and professionally.
- Multilingual abilities (optional, depending on the job requirements).
- Knowledge of specific industry products or services (depending on the company).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
