JD for System Support Engineer or System Admin,L1 & L2:

- Configuring & Managing DNS, DHCP, WSUS, VPN & Active Directory.
- Creation and management of Domain and user accounts as well as assign
access rights and permission to use internet facility.
- Managing & Monitoring Network & Coordinate with Vendor.
- Provided the Remote support & Net meting support using following
software Team Viewer, VNC Server, Anydesk Remote Software, Remote
Desktop.
- Proficient in handling escalated calls and providing 1st & 2nd Level
Technical Support to end-users.
- Installation of Antivirus, Patches & Updates.
- Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express configuration, backup, troubleshooting.
- Maintenance of computer hardware systems and system assembly.
- Maintain the assets of pc's and laptops.
- Installation & Configuration of Network printers & Scanner and its basic
level of troubleshooting.
- Manage all the inventory of PCs.
- Hardware Problem resolved
- Replaced Laptop parts and solved hardware related issue
- Anti-Virus Installation and Software Installation by Remote Desktop
- Formatting PC and taking Backup
- Work on Windows 10 and Windows11
- Laptop and Desktop Trouble Shooting
- Software Installation ( Team Viewer, Anydesk, Go To Meeting, VPN etc.. )
- Installation and configuration of KOT and Barcode printers
- Troubleshooting the Barcode screener
- Updating McAfee Antivirus and running remotely E SCAN QUICK HIL.
- Troubleshooting MS Office related issues remotely.
- Troubleshooting/Configuration of MS Outlook remotely.
- Creating domain users in Active Directory and local user
and services as per the organization policy.
- Installation OS windows 11, Windows 10, MS office 2016 &19,O365.
- Installation and configuration of internal software’s
- Generation Daily and weekly Checklist.
- Managing of System in Domain and Workgroup.
- LAN I/O Port Configuration and LAN Crimping for Net Connectivity.
- Maintain All Systems in Inventory Excel for verifying purpose in quarterly
base.
- Preventive Maintenance activity in all system Quarterly Basis.
- Data Backup & Data Transfer One System to Another System through
network or Cross Cable.
- Coordinating with various vendors for instant troubleshooting of
- Adding, removing, updating user account information, resetting passwords
etc.
- Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer
systems.
- Installing and configuring new hardware and software.
- Adding, removing, or updating user account information,
resetting passwords, etc.
- Answering technical queries and assisting users.
- Responsibility for security.
- Responsibility for documenting the configuration of the system.
- Troubleshooting any reported problems.
- System performance tuning.
- Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
- Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems.
- Ensuring parity between dev, test and production environments.
- Training users
- Plan and manage the machine room environment

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
