- ** Network Configuration**: Configure and manage networking protocols on Windows servers, including DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
- ** Monitoring & Optimization**: Monitor system health and performance to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- ** Documentation**: Maintain clear and accurate records of server configurations, issues, resolutions, and ongoing improvements.
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with other IT team members on integrating new systems and assisting with cross-functional technical projects.
- ** Security**: Ensure servers are secure by implementing best practices for security policies and staying compliant with industry standards.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- ** Experience**: At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Windows Server configuration, installation, and troubleshooting (Windows Server 2016, 2019, or 2022).
- ** Technical Expertise**: Solid understanding of Windows Server operating systems and administration, with proficiency in server installation, configuration, and support.
- ** Problem-Solving**: Strong troubleshooting skills to resolve system issues effectively and efficiently.
