Job Title: Career Counselor (Software Training Company)

**Job Description**:
As a Career Counselor in a software training company, your primary responsibility will be to assist individuals in navigating their career paths within the software industry. You will provide guidance, support, and resources to help clients make informed decisions about their career choices, skill development, and job search strategies. You will play a crucial role in helping clients explore and capitalize on various opportunities in the software field.

**Responsibilities**:
Career Guidance: Assist clients in identifying their career goals, interests, and aspirations within the software industry. Conduct individual assessments to evaluate their skills, strengths, and areas for improvement.

Skill Development: Provide advice on relevant technical skills, programming languages, and software tools necessary for different roles within the software industry. Help clients create personalized learning plans and recommend suitable training programs to enhance their skillset.

Job Search Support: Offer guidance on job search strategies, including resume writing, interview preparation, and networking techniques specific to the software industry. Provide feedback on resumes, cover letters, and online profiles to maximize their impact.

Industry Trends: Stay updated with current trends, advancements, and emerging technologies in the software industry. Share industry insights and market information with clients to help them make informed career decisions.

Partnership Development: Collaborate with software companies, industry professionals, and training providers to establish partnerships, internships, and job placement opportunities for clients. Maintain a network of industry contacts to facilitate client connections and mentorship programs.

Workshops and Seminars: Conduct workshops and seminars on career development topics, such as job market trends, interview skills, and personal branding. Organize webinars and panel discussions with industry experts to provide valuable insights to clients.

Counseling Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential client records, including career assessments, progress reports, and action plans. Use appropriate counseling tools and software to track client interactions and measure outcomes.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, human resources, or a related field. A master's degree is preferred.
- Prior experience in career counseling, coaching, or human resources, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of the software industry, job roles, and career pathways.
- Familiarity with programming languages, software development methodologies, and industry-specific skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to provide constructive feedback, guidance, and motivation to individuals seeking career advice.
- Proficient in using career counseling tools, software, and online resources.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, workshops, and administrative tasks.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Aurangabad, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
