**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop **product packaging, labels, and retail display materials** in line with brand standards.
- Create marketing collaterals for both **digital and print** — including social media creatives, brochures, posters, and advertisements.
- Work closely with product, marketing, and brand teams to ensure designs are visually appealing and commercially effective.
- Adapt designs for various formats (e.g., e-commerce platforms, social media, print) while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure production quality matches design intent.
- Stay updated with packaging and graphic design trends in the FMCG/health industry.
- Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent.
- 3-10 years of experience in **graphic design for a product-based or FMCG company**.
- Strong portfolio showcasing packaging and branding work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Canva or Figma is a plus.
- Understanding of print production processes and color management.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with motion graphics or basic video editing.
- Photography and product shoot coordination.
- Knowledge of consumer branding strategies.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,363.74 - ₹45,948.04 per month
