Hiring** Facilities Executive** having formal teaching experience at school/any other industry.
**Job Summary**
Graduates/Post Graduate with hands-on experience in the Maintenance Department as an executive are preferred.
**Job Qualifications**
**Required**:
- Should be a graduate
- Must have good experience in Maintenance
- Should have good communication skills
- Working experience in handling facilities at school will be advantageous
- Willing to learn and participate in the school community
**Preferred**:
- Prior experience working as an Facilities Executive role in the Educational field/Any Industry
- Full time regular job based on site
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle AMC services
- Handle Procurement and Negotiations
- Control activities like Parking space allocation, waste disposal, Campus Security
- Maintain Petty Cash and ensure bills are submitted within the due dates
- Handle landscape and civil works
- Maintain fixed asset register
- Must have good experience in Maintenance
- Ensure proper management of Building, Furniture, Equipment and Playground
- Ensure continues water and electric supply to the campus
- Possess knowledge on MEP, HVAC and STP
- Possess knowledge of RO Plant, and Solar
- Ensure daily general upkeep of campus - carpentry, civil works, AC units, lift, Electrical, DG Set, Fire equipment, etc.
- Hiring, Training, Supervising, and Firing employees who work in facilities including electricians, plumbers, gardeners and security guards
