**CDS&A Learning Coordinator**

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
The Learning Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of the Clinical Data Science and Analytics (CDS&A) learning strategy.

This position is responsible for:

- coordinating all learning activities within our Learning Management System (LMS)
- assisting the CDS&A Learning team in preparation and delivery of learning materials, events and resources
- coordination of the CDS&A My Learning role profiles

The Learning Coordinator will work closely with the CDS&A Director of Learning and Learning Managers as well as representatives of CDS&A functions, CO Training function (TCC) and the Research and Development Learning Academy (RDLA) to support the implementation of global training initiatives and global activities.

**YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILTIES**:

- Follow through on activities that support the CDS&A learning strategy for internal and external staff. Support the CDS&A Learning team in the maintenance of learning materials and programs
- Coordinate learning activities related to defined CDS&A learning initiatives by being responsible for
- supporting the overall learning management system procedures and functions to include course catalog set up, recording training completions, and problem solving for registration issues
- preparing and distributing learning announcements to target audiences, in collaboration with learning managers
- setting up virtual classrooms and polls
- managing virtual classroom moderation schedules
- moderating and recording virtual classroom events
- supporting training completion tracking activities (including activities outside of the learning management system)
- sending out post-event learning evaluation surveys and producing metric reports to Learning and Communications team members and / or CDS&A team members
- managing repository of all learning templates and process documentation

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- BSc or equivalent OR a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent
- Experience presentations in English
- Technical Knowledge/expertise required:

- Understanding the basics of quality and training requirements for the drug development process
- Understanding the basics of learning and training methodologies
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (with a focus on Word, Excel, OneNote, SharePoint and PowerPoint, TEAMs),.
- Experience creating clear and concise business communications
- Proficiency in SharePoint
- Experience in development/creation of research surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of communications and training
- Personal/People Skills:

- Adaptable to quickly changing priorities / flexible
- Must be strong in communications (verbal and written) and able to tailor messages to various audience
- Analytical and problem solving skills in order to effectively identify, evaluate, and propose solutions to quality and training problems/issues.
- Detail oriented, with strong prioritization, planning and organization skills
- Works well independently and in team environment
