**Location**- Chandigarh & Mohali

**Shift Timings** - Night Shifts - WFO

**Specialism** - KPO

**Salary
- 30,000 per month, Additional Bonus payout**

**Pick and drop for all employees.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Providing accurate and helpful information to customers.

Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high-quality standards.

Working collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals.

**Required Skills**:
Average to good communication skills, both written and verbal. Able to frame proper sentences.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing.

**Qualifications Required**:
Only Graduates are eligible with minimum age of 21 years at the time of interview.
