- Where applicable, craft copy and content in accordance with the brief, and the creative idea.
- Working with members of Strategy, Copy-writers, content writers, designers, and Project Managers disciplines to ensure the delivery of pitches and projects in line with the agreed time and quality constraints.
- Be accountable for the quality of final deliverables - creative, grammar, spelling, syntax, overall integrity of communication
- Play a major part in pushing the creative envelope to deliver the 'wow' factor in our content work.
- The line management, mentoring, and career development of individuals within the copy team.
- Supporting the development and implementation of GaneshaSpeaks' overall strategy & operational plans.

**Skills and Experience**:

- The ability to be a 'good conceptual thinker' with the ability to lead a team, plan projects, and deliver them on time.
- Should have strong editorial and copy writing skills, including a strong sense of how to organize and stage interactive content, craft copy in various styles.
- An appreciation of technology and technical issues, in both Web and Mobile.
- Above all, a strong portfolio of live work which MUST include creative copy written for websites and other digital collateral.

**The Profile**
- A true English writer at heart and hands excellent writing skills, profound expression and a fierce drive to understand digital platforms and its special content needs, and upgrade accordingly.
- Fluent, expressive, driven and willing to work around multiple content writing styles/ areas.
- Some bit of previous work experience in content writing and digital media.
- You have passion to perform the best in whatever work you are assigned.

**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
