We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Editor to join our creative team. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual storytelling of our projects. You will be responsible for assembling recorded footage into polished and engaging video content that aligns with our brand and client requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
1) Edit and arrange raw video footage to create high-quality, visually appealing videos that communicate our brand message and meet client specifications.

2) Utilize creative storytelling techniques, transitions, and effects to enhance the overall video quality and narrative flow.

3) Collaborate with the creative team, including videographers, animators, and graphic designers, to ensure a seamless integration of visual elements.

4) Review and select the best takes, making decisions on cuts, sound, and pacing to maintain continuity and visual appeal.

5) Enhance videos with color correction, audio adjustments, and other post-production techniques.

6) Stay updated with industry trends, editing software, and techniques to maintain the highest level of quality and efficiency in video production.

7) Manage and organize video assets and project files for easy retrieval and future reference.

8) Work closely with clients and project managers to understand their video editing requirements and incorporate feedback to achieve desired outcomes.

9) Ensure all video projects are delivered on time, meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of work.

10) Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to video editing software and equipment.

**Requirements**:
1) Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills and creativity.

2) Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and a strong understanding of post-production workflows.

3) Knowledge of various video formats, codecs, and exporting settings for different platforms and devices.

4) A keen eye for detail, visual storytelling, and the ability to maintain the brand's aesthetic while exploring creative ideas.

5) Strong understanding of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling to create impactful videos.

6) Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

7) Excellent communication skills to effectively work with team members, clients, and project stakeholders.

8) Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and offer innovative solutions to video challenges.

Software Knowledge:
Premiere Pro, After Effetcs, Illustrator(basic knowledge), Photoshop(basic knowledge)
