- **Maintenance & Repair**: Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment.
- **Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, identify faulty components, and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
- **Inspection**: Conduct regular inspections of machinery and facilities to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety and health standards.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate logs and records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and equipment performance.
- **Safety Compliance**: Ensure all work complies with safety regulations, procedures, and established safety rules.
- **Documentation**: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics to guide maintenance and repair tasks.
- **Collaboration**: Work with operations teams to minimize disruptions and coordinate maintenance activities and equipment downtime.
- **Process Improvement**: Suggest and implement improvements to maintenance processes to increase efficiency and equipment reliability.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or GED; technical or vocational training in a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of industrial electrical and mechanical systems, including their operation and troubleshooting.
- **Reading Skills**: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.
- **Computer Proficiency**: Basic computer skills for entering maintenance data and using maintenance management software.
