SEO Executive

SEO executive's responsibilities include working closely with the marketing team to achieve SEO objectives, measuring the success of SEO and ROI, and assisting with the maintenance of the website's architecture while ensuring user-friendliness. We will be revamping our website and two more upcoming websites page by page, hence we need someone who can build an SEO/SEM structure from scratch and establish a system for us to track and grow areas of improvement continuously.

**Responsibilities**:

- Launch high-quality content outreach, reputation management & link building campaigns with different approaches like guest posting, digital outreach, influencer marketing etc
- Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
- Identifying growth areas in site structure, topic selection, content, and on-page optimization
- Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
- Audit existing content to determine inefficiencies and identify areas of improvement that will lead to an increase in KPIs while not killing the budget
- Paying particular attention to any significant Google algorithmic changes
- Share the keywords and SEO Meta details according to trends with the content team.
- Able to write SEO meta details and optimize the page content.
Knowledge of AMP pages and XML Sitemaps.

**Qualification & skills required**:

- Research Skills: Good research skills to keep updated with what’s new in the industry, and collect related data to develop SEO campaigns
**Communication Skills**:
Must have strong communication skills including good listening, speaking, and writing skills.
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse information, solve problems and make decisions. Attention to detail: Ability to maintain high accuracy and thoroughness when executing tasks
- Organizational skills: Ability to use given resources efficiently and effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Project Management: Ability to create a systematic approach to plan work, meet deadlines, and manage your team
- Flexibility: Ability to switch to different SEO strategies as per the industry demand and not be rigid in your approach.
Reporting Skills: Submitting SEO reports at regular intervals with data of traffic, conversion rates, and goal completion, page-level traffic, page-speed insights, time on site and bounce rate, rankings and links, future recommendations, and execution plans
Domain-Specific knowledge: Knowledge of core marketing and SEO concepts
- Technical Knowledge: Good knowledge of tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
**Technical SEO**
Conducting keyword research to identify relevant keywords and phrases for optimization Optimizing website content, meta tags, and alt tags for search engines Analyzing and monitoring website traffic and performance using tools such as Google Analytics Collaborating with other departments, such as design and development, to ensure website technical elements align with SEO best practices. Off page SEO & Link Building Social Media Building backlinks to a website from other reputable sites to increase its authority and visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) Conducting link analysis to identify link-building opportunities and assess the quality of existing backlinks Developing and implementing link-building strategies Outreach to other websites and digital publications to request backlinks including gust posting, articles, etc. Monitoring and analyzing the performance of backlinks and making adjustments as necessary Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in off-page SEO and link-building. Social Media Creating and curating engaging and relevant content for social media platforms Monitoring and analysing the performance of social media campaigns and making adjustments as necessary Measuring and reporting on the impact of social media efforts on website traffic, lead generation, and other key metrics Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing and SEO.
