We are seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to join our team as a Tours and Travels Executive.

As a Tours and Travels Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of travel plans and delivering outstanding service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- **Customer Consultation**:

- Communicate with clients to understand their travel preferences, requirements, and budget constraints.
- Provide expert advice on travel destinations, itineraries, and activities.
- Tailor travel packages to meet individual client needs, ensuring a personalized and memorable experience.
- **Itinerary Planning**:

- Design creative and comprehensive travel itineraries, considering factors such as budget, time constraints, and client preferences.
- Collaborate with vendors, hotels, and transportation services to secure bookings and ensure seamless logistics.
- **Booking Management**:

- Handle flight reservations, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements.
- Manage changes to itineraries, resolve booking-related issues, and provide timely updates to clients.
- **Client Communication**:

- Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking process, providing updates, answering queries, and addressing concerns.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and exceeding client expectations.
- **Destination Knowledge**:

- Stay informed about travel trends, destination highlights, and visa/passport requirements.
- Continuously update and expand your knowledge of popular and emerging travel destinations.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:

- Actively promote additional services, upgrades, and special offers to enhance the overall travel experience and maximize revenue.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- **Documentation and Compliance**:

- Ensure all travel documents, visas, and insurance requirements are accurately processed and communicated to clients.
- Stay informed about relevant travel regulations and compliance standards.

**Qualifications**:

- SSC/ HSC, Tourism, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry if applicable.
- Strong english communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in using travel booking systems and technology.
- Basic MS Excel and Word tools

**How to Apply**:
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:
