Job Purpose
- To Maintain National Radio Network Availability by tracking, trending and Analyzing root cause behind RNA degradation and get resolution to achieve RNA Target across all technologies
- To play an important role in the monitoring, upgrading, reporting and improvement of network operations for 2G/3G/4G Ericsson RAN product HW & SW life cycle management.
- Governances of Ericsson RAN operations/ Care, OEM equipment efficiency, RAN MS FO partner Governance, Management spares inventory / approvals / ordering.
- Mass rollout of PNP & Easy HW replacement feature across PAN India in coordination with SNOC, Transport & circle team.
- Maintaining Software Life cycle for entire Ericsson & ZTE portfolio with feature rollout requirement with a tab on software and Hardware quality and raise concern to management accordingly.

Key Result Areas/Accountabilities
- Driving Customer perceived RNA improvement programs for East and South Zones Circles through biweekly VC calls with circle and MS partner.
- Provide technical guidance and support to VF Circles, MS partner & SNOC teams in all aspects of RAN network by delivering Operational Guidelines, Governance & close coordination specific to Ericsson Networks.
- National RAN hardware Inventory & spares management. Analysis of OPEX for RAN spares for reviewing & approvals of circle requirement to ensure that operations are not impacted. Reviewing inter-circle spares transfers. AMC re-conciliation for cost optimization.
- Software life cycle Management through Pilot, rollout for new release, features & corrections (Ericsson).
- Driving National Preventive Maintenance and Pre-monsoon activities through gPM Tool.

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience
- 12 years of multi-technology multi-vendor experience in the area of BSS Operations (wireless domain)
- Sound Knowledge on 2G / 4G technologies & different Equipment vendor interworking.
- Ability to co-ordinate for operational activities with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- Strong in chasing & driving improvement agenda with action owner & closure within time line.
- Experience on process creation, governance & customer experience improvement initiatives with Strong vendor and partner management skills.

Must have technical / professional qualifications

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

- Bachelor of Engineering, preferably in Electronics and/or Telecommunications
- Min 10 years of Experience in field experience of multivendor and multi-technology networks.
- Hands on experience on 2G & 4G RAN technologies.
- Good Presentation & Analysis skill
