**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive, results-driven Digital Marketer to join our team at M.A.J Technologies. In this full-time, UK shift-based role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality leads for our engineering, IT, and energy businesses, as well as offering digital marketing services to our clients. You will play a key role in promoting our brand, building a strong digital presence, and driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Optimize on-page SEO, including content creation, meta tags, header tags, and internal linking.
- Perform technical SEO audits and work on fixing issues related to site structure, speed, and mobile responsiveness.
- Develop link-building strategies to improve domain authority.

Analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
- Monitor and report on website traffic, keyword rankings, and other key SEO metrics.
- Keep up to date with the latest SEO trends, best practices, and algorithm updates.
- Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO-friendly practices.
- Provide recommendations for improving website usability and conversion rates.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
- Experience in managing multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a passion for building brands and driving business growth.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage time effectively.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in B2B marketing, especially for engineering, IT, or energy sectors, is a plus.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Analytical and data-driven with the ability to optimize marketing campaigns.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 + years of experience in SEO optimization.

Strong knowledge of SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
- Proven ability to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
- Solid understanding of Google Search Console and other SEO tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
