**Responsibilities**:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and cordial manner
- Welcome visitors in a warm and cordial manner and answer any questions visitors might have
- Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
- Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis, including a fax machine, a copy machine, a computer & Desktop Phones etc
- Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors and of calls received
- Handle incoming/outgoing Mails/Courier packages and maintain proper records of the same
- Take inventory of office supplies and restock proactively
- Maintain general office files in an orderly manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person (s) and office within the organisation
- Handle all Travel related bookings for the office staff in an efficient manner
- Prepare vouchers
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
- Update calendars of Senior management executives and schedule meetings
- Keep updated records of office expenses
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in handling Front office in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point etc)
- Able to type 35 wpm minimum
- Strong phone skills
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak Fluent English, Hindi & Oriya
- Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctual with strong attendance history
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and Pleasant appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
