Liability Officer(Sales)

Liability sales Manager is responsible for the Business of Deposit mobilisation from various members and Business correspondents of the society. He will overseeing and ensures all the daily Business correspondence, Sales, Marketing activities, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
- End-to-End ownership of sales of Liability from members and BC of the assigned channel on regular basis
- Add more Business associates in the Society for Liability Sourcing in the channel
- Owning and delivering targets on time to time
- 100% efficiency, Productivity and fulfilment of the assigned task given by the Society Management.
- Supporting the Recruitment, training, and supporting BC team on regular basis for achieving the targets.
- Single point of contact between the Channel team members and HO.
- He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground.
- Attend review meeting and present the business position on a regular basis.
Conduct Members meeting for better Members satisfaction and Business development.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Kochi, Ernakulam - 682019, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
