Job description

**List of Basic functions to be performed**

**A. Primary Function**
- Carrying out the manufacturing process, including charging of raw materials and discharge of finished goods.
- Responsible for carrying out benchmark test of Finished goods being manufactured, during the manufacturing of the product and after completion and reporting to management.
- Responsible for operating all the equipment and report to management for regular preventive maintenance.
- Mainting proper documentation.

**B. Secondary Function**
- Responsible for Testing & Verifying whether Raw Materials procured meets established parameters,
- Responsible for carrying out Research and Development activities to develop new in-house products.

**Salary**: ₹2,00,000.00 to ₹300,000.00 /year CTC depending on qualification, experience, and skills.

**Industry**: Alkyd Resins, Synthetic Resins and other Resins.

**Functional Area**: Supervision of Manufacturing process along with testing of products.

**Role**: Plant Supervisor and have know how about operating multiple manufacturing equipment along with testing of products being manufactured to ensure it meets established parameters at different stages of the process.

**Education-**
- **Graduate in Bachelor in Science / Technology - Chemistry, General**: Chemical, Paint, Oil, Petroleum, Plastics, Production/Industrial, or
- **Diploma** - Chemical
