This includes overseeing production, maintenance, safety, quality, and statutory compliance while ensuring cost efficiency, high productivity, and adherence to environmental and safety norms.Key Responsibilities:1. Plant Operations Management:Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day plant operations to meet production targets.Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality parameters, and safety standards.Monitor key operational metrics such as yield, throughput, and downtime.2. Process & Productivity Improvement:Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.Collaborate with the technical and R&D teams for process optimization and scale-up of new products.3.
