**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and identify relevant job opportunities on Upwork, specifically focusing on web development and digital marketing projects.
- Craft personalized, engaging, and persuasive proposals tailored to each project and client’s needs.
- Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Manage the bidding process, follow up with clients, and maintain an active presence on Upwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to secure repeat business and positive reviews.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project requirements are accurately represented in bids and proposals.
- Track and report on bidding performance, success rates, and client feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in Upwork bidding, preferably for web development and digital marketing projects.
- Proven track record of winning contracts and managing client relationships on Upwork.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of web development (WordPress, web design, custom coding) and digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media, content strategy).
- Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Experience with tools like Upwork's project tracker and proposal templates is a plus.
