**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Store Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching inventory.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular inventory audits to prevent discrepancies.
- Implement efficient inventory control procedures to minimize stock wastage and optimize storage space.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure proper labeling, organization, and safety of stored items.

**2. Quality Management**:

- Establish and enforce quality assurance standards for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Inspect raw materials, in-process production, and finished goods for compliance with quality specifications.
- Identify and resolve quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as needed.
- Maintain detailed quality control documentation and reports.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff on quality standards and best practices.

**3. Cross-Functional Coordination**:

- Collaborate with production, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations and quality consistency.
- Address and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
- Support the management in developing and updating quality control policies and procedures.

**4. Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the store and quality processes.
- Promote and maintain a safe working environment by adhering to company safety protocols.

**Requirements**:

- **Educational Qualification**: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Quality Control, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in store management, quality control, or a similar role.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of inventory management and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in ERP software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- **Additional Qualifications**: Knowledge of ISO standards or other quality management systems is an advantage.
