**Job Summary**

GSC Glass Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented **Store Executive** to manage and oversee the effective storage, handling, and distribution of materials within the warehouse. The Store Executive will play a key role in ensuring that raw materials and finished goods are accurately accounted for, stored safely, and distributed in a timely manner to support production operations at our manufacturing facility.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials and finished goods in the warehouse.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements, ensuring proper documentation of all materials received and dispatched.
- Ensure stock rotation (FIFO/LIFO) to avoid any expired or obsolete materials.
- Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies in the inventory system.
- **Material Handling and Storage**:

- Safely unload and inspect incoming shipments for damages or discrepancies, reporting any issues immediately.
- Ensure materials are stored appropriately in the warehouse, maintaining clear labeling, proper stacking, and shelf life management.
- Handle materials in accordance with safety protocols to minimize damage and accidents.
- **Stock Replenishment and Dispatch**:

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment of materials.
- Issue materials to the production floor based on requisitions, ensuring timely delivery to meet operational needs.
- Assist in the picking, packing, and dispatching of finished goods to customers or other units.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:

- Maintain and update records of material receipts, dispatches, and returns in the warehouse management system.
- Prepare and submit regular inventory reports, highlighting stock levels, discrepancies, and inventory turnover.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the production, procurement, and quality control departments to ensure smooth material flow.
- Assist the Store/Warehouse Manager in the planning and implementation of inventory control strategies.
- **Safety and Quality Compliance**:

- Ensure that all materials are handled following safety standards and protocols to avoid accidents and injuries.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Ensure that materials and products meet the company’s quality standards before storing or dispatching.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. A diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in store or inventory management, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in using inventory management software and basic Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with barcode systems and ERP software for inventory tracking.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records.
- **Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift and carry materials up to a specified weight limit as per company policy.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/store environment, including exposure to varying temperatures.

Pay: ₹9,664.05 - ₹29,197.66 per month
