Qualification - Graduates/Undergraduates (Graduates from BSC, MSC, B pharma)

(0-5 Years), Experience from Pharma/Biotech companies will be an added advantage.

- Should be very good at grasping
- Excellent at client responses
- Self-driven, Goal oriented

Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare and send invoices/quotations
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Addressing to E-Mail received and forwarding to RM
- Preparation of Quotation and forwarding to customer
- Interacting with customer regarding their requirements
- Receiving Incoming calls
- Records to be maintained
- Purchase Order - Cross checking the Purchase order as per our Quotation submitted
- Processing of Order to our Principals
- Following with Principals for Order Booking / Order Acknowledgment/Shipment status
- Transferring the status to customer
- Maintain Day-to Day -calls - Purpose of Customer call Information /Requirements.
- Respond to Client/Customer calls or mails immediately with clarity.
- Prepare appropriate presentations on products/ services and process flows Maintaining accurate client/customer database.
- Good at team co-ordination and taking ownerships
- Maintaining **TAT and SLA’s**:

- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Handle complaints or objections
