**Job Title: Time Office/ Payroll Executive**

We are seeking a **Time Office/ Payroll Executive** with 2 years of experience **in a manufacturing unit.**

**Location**: Nashik

**Experience**: 2 years in manufacturing unit

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and monitor employee attendance, shift schedules, and leave records.
- Track overtime, late coming, and absenteeism for accurate payroll inputs.
- Maintain and update employee attendance data in HRMS / Time Office software.
- Ensure proper functioning of biometric/attendance systems.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports for management.
- Support payroll team with attendance reconciliation.
- Handle employee queries related to attendance, shifts, and leaves.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate with 2 years of experience in time office.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Key Skills Required**:

- Hands-on experience with biometric/time office systems.
- Knowledge of leave management, shifts, and payroll inputs.
- Good MS Excel & data management skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
