**Job Title: Logistics Executive**

**Company Overview**:
Polystox, a mobile app developed by Acron International Private Limited, functions as a platform aimed at streamlining B2B transactions for polymer products, particularly PVC. Operating from its headquarters at Bicholi Mardana Indore, Madhya Pradesh, the app is actively pursuing strategic expansion, diversifying its business across various sectors within the industry.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee the logistics operations at the port, managing the flow of goods, shipments, and trucks.

2. Coordinate with port authorities, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.

3. Manage day-to-day logistics activities, including truck dispatch, tracking, and documentation.

4. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements for logistics operations and shipment handling.

5. Utilize CRM and other logistics systems to track shipments, manage customer data, and optimize routes.

6. Handle any issues that arise during the transportation process, addressing delays, damages, or discrepancies.

7. Maintain and update logistics records and reports as required.

8. Collaborate with the operations team to improve logistics processes and reduce costs.

**Qualifications**:
1. 2-4 years of experience in logistics, specifically at ports, handling truck logistics and transportation management.

2. Knowledge of PVC industry is a plus.

3. Proficiency with logistics systems and CRM software.

4. Strong understanding of supply chain operations, transportation management, and regulatory compliance.

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

7. Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

**Other Details**:

- Job Type: Work from office, Full time
- Working days: Monday to Saturday.
- Office timing: 10:00 to 7:00 p.m.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
