**Job Title - Accounts Receivable**
**Location - Mohali**
**Experience -** 1+ year
**Qualification - **B. Com or M. Com
**Role Description**
Accounts receivable professionals generate Sales Invoices for companies by ensuring that clients are properly billed for goods or services. They work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts billed, verify and record transactions, resolve account discrepancies, and perform other tasks to secure client receipts.
**Key Responsibility**
- Assist in responding to internal and external queries related to Invoicing matters.
- Prepare debtors reports, analyze outstanding balances, and assist in the collection process.
- Utilize software platforms such as Iris and Xero to create and issue Sales Invoices.
- Producing Client Statements and answering queries.
- Ensure the daily sales journal is updated and maintained accurately in the financial system.
- Perform regular reconciliations of balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciling sales data at the end of each month to ensure proper recording and reporting.
- Undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the finance and accounting team.
**Skills, Knowledge & Abilities**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- At least 1 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, research, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to build relationships with internal departments.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
