**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Hosting the Internal Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings as required and ensuring that all preparations have been made for a customer Change Advisory Board (CAB) meeting
- Attending the customer Change Advisory Board meeting
- Reduction of change failures - Utilizing the Change Management reporting system to produce Change Operational reports
- Reviewing changes for process compliance, excluding (Standard/BAU). and rejecting non-compliant changes if required
- Reviewing failed and canceled Kyndryl owned changes to ensure the Change Owner identifies the cause for the failure or cancellation and ensure that no outstanding issues exist that require additional attention and ensuring that those issues are resolved/addressed by the appropriate individuals
- Identifying change requests that have not been acted upon in a timely manner and take appropriate action
- Monitoring that change records are closed within criteria
**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Minimum of years of experience in IT Industry
- Experience in change management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as Change Manager & should have ITIL exposure.
- Proven experience in handling the CAB calls.
- Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise:

- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals and with creative approach to work.

- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
**Required Education**
Bachelor's Degree

Master's Degree
