We are looking for a service-minded freight broker to act as a liaison between our customers and freight carriers. Your responsibilities would include nurturing your current client base, securing new accounts, expediting the information-sharing process, and communicating with dispatchers, drivers, and clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform freight services, adhering to government and company regulations.
- Create, coordinate, and manage pick-up and delivery schedules, coordinating with shippers, carriers, dispatchers, and customers.
- Track and report shipment status of loads.
- Book orders with carriers and assist in preparation for loading.
- Provide current and prospective customers with shipping quotes.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity, ensuring freight paperwork is complete and approved prior to transportation.
- Respond to customer concerns and queries in a timely, professional manner.
- Develop new sales strategies to generate leads, improve business, and develop a sales pipeline.
- Identify safe carriers for freight services, develop business relationships with carrier contacts, and negotiate pricing agreements and contracts.
- Maintain positive and productive relationships with customers.
- Updating & Maintaining market trends to work with the best rates with shippers and carriers.
- Work with trucking companies to move our customers' logistics.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or suitable equivalent degree.
- 2+ years of work experience in a similar role.
- Established book of business preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient negotiating skills.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Contract

**Work Location**: Work from the Office located at Chandigarh IT Park

**Shift Timings**: Night shifts

**Salary**: Upto ₹90,000.00 per month

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
