**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and format brochures, flyers, newsletters, reports, and other documents.
- Ensure accuracy of layouts, fonts, graphics, and images as per company guidelines.
- Edit and prepare text, graphics, and images for print and digital platforms.
- Collaborate with the design and content team to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Ensure final files are print-ready and meet required specifications.
- Maintain brand consistency across all materials.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to formatting and publishing.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in **Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and MS Office**.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of printing standards, layouts, and typography.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
