**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Design and layout of books, study materials, question papers, and other academic content using publishing software (InDesign, CorelDRAW, MS Word, etc.)
- Formatting mathematical, scientific, and textual content with accuracy
- Collaborate with content creators, editors, and the printing team to ensure timely delivery
- Check proofs and fix errors before final printing
- Manage and maintain a library of templates and formatted content

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a DTP Operator (1-3 years preferred)
- Proficiency in publishing and graphic tools: Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, MS Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and layout aesthetics
- Familiarity with formatting technical or academic content is a big plus
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines

Educational Qualification:

- Graduate in any discipline
- Certification in DTP, Graphic Design, or related field is a plus
