**Job Description: DTP Operator**

**Position Title**: DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator
**Department**: Design/Publishing/Content Development
**Reporting To**: Team Lead/Manager

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Layout Design & Formatting**:

- Create and format documents, brochures, books, advertisements, newsletters, and other print materials.
- Prepare layouts for print-ready files.
- **Software Proficiency**:

- Use desktop publishing software such as Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office for design and layout tasks.
- Operate page layout and graphics editing tools for professional output.
- **Prepress Preparation**:

- Ensure materials meet printing specifications, including color correction, font management, and resolution adjustments.
- Collaborate with printers to finalize production-ready files.
- **Content Integration**:

- Combine text, images, charts, and other elements into a cohesive layout.
- Proofread and review designs to ensure accuracy and quality.
- **Coordination & Communication**:

- Work closely with graphic designers, writers, and other team members to meet project requirements.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions into the final design.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Check and correct errors in design, typography, and formatting.
- Maintain consistency in style, format, and visual appeal across projects.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Desktop Publishing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience as a DTP Operator or in a similar role.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), CorelDRAW, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of prepress and printing processes.
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.70 - ₹45,000.00 per month
