We are seeking a **Customer Service Executive - Voice Process** to join our **CRM team in Indore**. This is an **onsite role** at our office near Indore Airport. The role demands **fluency in English**, **excellent communication skills**, and the ability to deliver world-class customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **inbound and outbound calls** to assist customers with queries, feedback, and complaints.
- Provide prompt, professional, and **empathetic customer support** to ensure high satisfaction.
- Work on **CRM tools** to track and resolve customer interactions efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and call logs.

**Requirements**:

- **Fluency in English** with **excellent communication skills** (mandatory).
- Prior experience in **voice process/customer service** preferred; freshers with strong communication can also apply.
- Strong listening, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to **work from office, Indore (near Airport)**.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
