**To thrive in this role, you'll need**:

- Fluency in Bengali, with excellent editorial and linguistic skillsExperience in news editing, journalism, or digital media with a strong understanding of the Indian media landscape
- Deep familiarity with Indian culture, current affairs, trends, and public sentiment
- Comfort using content management systems and digital tools
- Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and manage priorities across multiple tasks
- Strong organizational and communication skills with sharp attention to detail

- Contributing to the relevance, timeliness, and diversity of content served to Bengali-speaking audiences
- Working within a structured editorial workflow to optimize user engagement and content quality
