**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging video content.
- Collaborate with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project objectives.
- Add music, sound effects, voiceovers, graphics, and visual effects to enhance videos.
- Create short-form content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to guidelines across all video outputs.
- Manage video libraries, organize footage, and maintain backups.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, social media, and technology.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role (portfolio required).
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, compression, and color grading.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Team collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn video formats.
- Experience with photography, script writing, or visual storytelling is a plus.
