As our Academic Coordinator, you’ll create and maintain positive relationships between students and the institution, from the time when they are prospective students until graduation. You’ll develop and plan events, training sessions, and resources to facilitate strong student retention and achievement. You will also work with alumni to foster successful long-term relationships that benefit current students.
- **Job responsibilities.**_
- Support students throughout their academic and career journeys
- Collaborate with academic advisors, faculty, students, and administrators
- Track and update data across systems
- Lead presentations and workshops for prospective and current students, as well as alumni
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to grow enrollment, including attending recruitment events
- Write, edit, and update admissions information on the school website and in print collateral
- Plan alumni events for professional development and networking opportunities

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Min 1 year of experience in an academic counseling, preferably from study abroad
- Proven history of creating written reports
- English fluency
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Academic counseling: 1 year (preferred)

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
