**Role Description**

**Job Purpose**

To lead and manage a team, drive targets for products categories, ensure team training and readiness and ensure consultation metrics are followed.

**Primary Responsibilities**

Main Responsibilities:
▪ Should maintain a healthy relation between team member and Company.

▪ Capability to support & sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance. ▪ Skilled in identifying resource requirements and assigning responsibilities to the team while ensuring effective coordination amongst all.

▪ Expertise in imparting training to new members of the team and retraining of older CC’s, monitoring performance and comparing to the month’s objective

▪ Formulating plan & solution to assure achievement of agreed to volume & profit objectives ▪ Complete painting and décor knowledge

▪ Work with different aiding tools and technology to help customers choose from the wide range of products & designs for their home décor makeover.

▪ Willingness to travel in case required.

**Essential**:
∙ BSc or MSc in interior designing/fine arts/creative field.(Min 50% in graduation) OR ∙ Any graduate with diploma in interior designing. (Min 50% in graduation) OR ∙ 12+ 2years of full time diploma in interior designing or fine arts. (Min 50% in diploma) ∙ Age less than 28 Years.

∙ Should be an Indian citizen

**Desired**:
∙ Orientation towards Decor and basic understanding of Décor and modern trend.

**Salary**: ₹176,981.79 - ₹811,368.21 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mysore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
